• Rebuilt the listings sync to Immobiliare.it and Idealista and republished the whole stock; weekly inbound contacts went from ~1,250 to 3,600+ and consultations booked grew +71% on the same weeks of 2025.
• Replaced the white-label GoHighLevel CRM, the vendor’s n8n layer and a third-party voice-agent vendor with our own CRM/CDP, booking and telephony; the old stack failed 2 bookings in 5 on some days.
• Built Carla, the voice agent on the phone line, and Andrea, the first contact for every written request — ElevenLabs and Twilio, ~29 and 22 tools.
• Built the auction data platform end to end: crawlers, LLM extraction, an explainable score, the consultants’ CRM and inbox, and a historical funnel rebuilt from 172,981 leads to 4,443 paying customers.

Role eliminated in a company-wide restructuring. · Remote

• Built the Workato usage tool myself (Workato Embedded API, Supabase, refreshed daily) across thousands of recipes and ~6,500 customers; it exposed abuse and decided which integrations to rebuild natively instead of paying for credits.
• Worked side by side with the engineers on one general integration layer — the flow and the data contract — across the CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com, Pipedrive), accounting (QuickBooks, Xero) and HR systems (BambooHR, Greenhouse, Workday); it is what made the PandaDoc MCP possible: an AI assistant reads from and writes to the customer’s systems.
• Rebuilt an area with no backlog around depth on Salesforce and HubSpot, the CRMs behind 80%+ of the customers running an integration, and breadth through that layer.

Role eliminated in a company-wide restructuring. · Remote

• Ran product for the Embedded iPaaS unit ($37M+ ARR), Workato white-labeled inside other SaaS products; its first stable PM, hand-in-hand with sales and the customers deploying it.
• Set up a customer advisory board and built the 2-year roadmap from scratch; presented it at Automate to 500+ customers.
• Pushed the platform API-first, the change enterprise customers kept asking for.

Lead-sync platform for ad networks and CRMs; acquired by ActiveProspect in 2021. · Remote

• Wrote the first platform as the sole developer and grew it to 400+ API integrations used daily by 2,500+ customers: lead routing, deduplication and sync between ad platforms and CRMs.
• Built the product-led growth engine for self-serve integrations, with official ads partnerships with Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn; the company reached $3M ARR and an acquisition.
• Moved from sole developer to CPO while the team grew from 0 to 35 (2 PMs, 20 engineers).
